Greg’s background consisted of spending over 15 years as a Compliance Officer working for Smith Barney in NY and then relocating to Charlotte working for LPL Financial and more recently TIAA-CREF. Having such an understanding for a client’s overall financial well-being and having spent a career assisting clients in making sound investment choices, and has grown into being ranked as one of the top agents in the market. This allows Greg to provide Charlotte area homeowners and investors a competitive edge to acquire and sell property within the region.

Byron Descalzi grew up in the Charlotte area and has experienced the growth that our city has gone through. Byron graduated from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a Bachelor's Degree in Finance and a minor in Economics. He has over 12 years of background experience in the financial industry. In the earlier days of his career, he was a processor and loan officer in the Mortgage industry and then later transitioned to becoming a compliance officer and supervising the financial activities of financial advisors at top firms such as LPL Financial, Merrill Lynch and MetLife. This tremendous experience has taught him how real estate investments can truly affect a client's overall financial goals. With his wealth of knowledge, as well as experiencing the growth of the Charlotte area through the years; he has developed a true passion for real estate. Byron's goal is to make his client's real estate investment experience as easy, enjoyable and rewarding as possible regardless of whether his clients are looking to buy, sell or invest in our region.
